For the past month or so, there’s something wrong with my internet. It’s slow and it would randomly disconnect throughout the day.
Well, at first, wireless was being super slow. So I sent in a ticket to my provider (this was a few months back). They tested it and told me they were going to send a technician. Well, the technician guy showed up, but I was at school. My parents didn’t speak english and my brother was being a spoiled brat. Anyway, the guy told them that the wireless is fine because they green light is on and that maybe it’s just the computer. Uhh…no! I understand if it’s on one laptop, but this is a problem for me on my 3 laptops, iPhone, and 2 iTouches. So there’s a definite problem with the wireless and not our electronics. Anyway, since I wasn’t there, I couldn’t tell him and my parents didn’t know. So basically, he came, looked, and left. Great! So now I have to send in another stupid ticket! Argh!
Now, not only the wireless is slow, butĀ the internet connection on our desktops randomly disconnect every 10 minutes. I find myself restarting the internet more than actually using it. Maybe we need a new router or the storm/rain did something to the lines. I don’t know.
When I went back to send in another ticket, I sent one in for my phone line (we have phone + internet with the same company) becauseĀ it has been staticy lately, but they won’t let me send one in for the internet. *sigh* I hate dealing with these types of problems.
