QUICK AND EASY RULES

Since I know that some of you don't like to read the long paragraphs of rules, I'm going to make this very simple, but for those of you who needs explanations, you may read on after this.

Must give me credit by linking back to dream-ling.net on all page you've used my layouts/graphics on.
Direct linking is NOT allow!
Don't steal my site layout.
Please no looking in my source.
No layout alterations unless you give credits on all pages! You can only edit the text and maybe add your site name, but that's it.
No redistributing my graphics!
No spamming or advertising in the tagboard. All IPs logged!
The comments are there for you to talk about the layout. Don't ask for help there. Go to the forum!

RULES EXPLANATIONS

You must give me credit by providing a link back to my site. If you don't have a site and use the avatars for the board, you can put in your siggie that M-S.org made it. Help keep this site free by linking back and giving proper credits. I'm not too strict on the avatars, but on layouts and such, I won't be as kind. Why? Because they take time to make. They don't come magically, you know. Also, if you use the templates and made your own button/avatars with it, I still want credit for making the templates.
No direct linking! There are plenty of other host out there that let you direct link, all you have to do it sign up with them. If you direct link, you will get a broken image because I have enable hotlink protection.
Please do not steal my site layout. I've spent a very long time making it and don't really want other people to use it. If you want one, you can request one from me, but it's not free. I don't do layout requests here...for free anyway. If you want to make one yourself just like it, you have to credit me for inspirations.
Please don't look in my source. If you want to know something, you can always ask me. There are plenty of ways to contact me. Also, you can read the tutorials too.
No layout alterations! If you use a layout that I've made and you changed the image and the color, then claim them as you're own is consider stealing. If you wish to do that, you still have to credit me and on ALL pages too. Why? Because it's still my work! Changing the image and colors does not take that much time as actually coding it. Please be considerate!
No redistributing my graphics! Meaning, don't put them on your graphic sites without asking for my permission. If I like your site, then I will donate. If not, please respect my decisions. Thank you!
No spamming or advertising in the tagboard. If you have anything you wish to ask me, then go to the forum. You can ask questions in the tagboard, but I might not answer.
If you want help on the layouts or anything, you'll have to go to the forum. If you ask in the comments box/tagboard, I will just ignore you and if you continue to do so, I will ban you.
