SPARKLE EFFECT

Do you want to know how to make the sparkle effect that you see on my sites? Here is a sample,

  1. Open whatever image you want to use.

  2. Go to layers > New Raster Layer > OK

  3. Use the flood fill tool [] and fill the image white, so that everything is white. haha!

  4. If you look at your Layer Palette [image here], change it from 'Normal' to 'Dissolve.' Also, if you don't see the layer palette window, look for this [].

  5. Now move the 100 capacity to 1 or 2. Do you see the sparkle?

  6. All you have to do next is use the eraser [] and delete the areas that you don't want, like the face or whatever. Have fun and be creative! ^_^
