TEXT GLOW

Want to make the text glow like that? Here is how to do it.

1. Click on the text tools. Make sure that the stroke in the style box on the left doesn't have any color. If it does, click on the arrow and pick the last option. For fill in the style box, pick the color that you want your inside text to be. For my example, I picked light blue.

2. Now make your text. Choose the font name, bold, or whatever. Make sure that "Antialias" is checked and pick the "vector" option too. After you're done with all that, click "OK".

3. Drag the text where you want it to be using the "move" tool.

4. Selection -> From vector object

5. Selection -> Motify -> Feather
   I usually pick from 2-4. The higher you go, the wider the width of the feather is. For my example, I picked 3.

6. Layer -> Whatever layer you're at, go down one. For example, if you're on Layer 2, click on layer 1. It really depends on what you name your layer though.

7. Click on the flood fill tool. Pick a color under styles on the right, but make sure it's in the first box. Zoom in and fill it. You'll have to keep on clicking it...if you want it darker.

If you did it right, it should look similiar to my example. ^_^
